Vivica A. Fox was arrested for DUI back in March and subsequently charged with DUI, and TMZ obtained her arrest report today. Vivica “blew a .09, just over the .08 legal limit” and could go to jail for six months. Furthermore, Vivica was an asshole the night she was arrested. TMZ reports:
The officer says in the report, after she was stopped, “Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, ‘Brother help a sister — are you going to let this racist white cop do this … well are you?'” In the section of the report in which the officers are asked to describe the demeanor of the person they’re arresting, the officer wrote “demeaning.” We’re told things got volatile enough that a patrol sergeant was called to the scene. Daniel Laubscher, the officer who wrote the report whom Fox called “racist,” is white. The other officer, whom Fox called “brother,” is Sam Dealba and he’s Hispanic.”
This part is funny:
Fox was taken to the station where a breath test was administered. The report reads, “Fox then burped quite loudly and I then aborted the test.” She was also advised she could take off her 3-4 inch high heeled spiked boots but “she told me she was a dancer and felt more comfortable wearing them.”
When I’m drunk off my ass I don’t run around noting the color and race of everyone around, and that’s usually because I need to close one eye to focus. And at that point the only thing violent and offensive coming from me is the realization of how much I drank and the punishment when it decides to leave my body. Yet we’re expected to excuse people like Vivica A. Fox, Mel Gibson, et al. and forgive their bigotry because they have “alcohol problems.” Spare me. The only “problem” here is the liquid courage they have when they get drunk and say what they usually only say to their close friends. I might forgive Vivica for being a bigot, mostly because she’s an idiot, but I’ll never forgive her for looking like she does. I don’t know where her red leather jacket and sequined glove are. She must have forgotten them at home.
