Kendall Jenner Can’t Cut a Cucumber to Save Her Life, Definitely Keep Her Away From Your Eggplant

You may be keeping up with the Kardashians, but the Kardashians haven’t been keeping up on their culinary skills. If you’re a fan of the new Hulu reality series The Kardashians, featuring America’s most famous (and most attractive) family, you likely saw an awkward scene in which Kendall Jenner attempted to prepare a snack with embarrassingly bad knife skills.

The 26-year-old model was hankering for some cucumber slices, pretzels, and hummus while visiting her mom Kris Jenner’s new house. For reasons unbeknownst to us, Kendall turned down her mother’s offer of calling in the household chef to prepare a little nibble. Instead, Kendall grabbed a knife and started gently manipulating a cucumber, like she was trying not to hurt the poor vegetable.

It was clear Kendall has never sliced anything before. With her arms oddly positioned, she hesitantly sunk the knife into the cucumber, nearly cutting her fingertip off in the process.

“Be careful, because I nicked myself the other day,” the momager warned her not-so-bright daughter.

“I know, I’m kinda scared,” Kendall said.

Then she looked at the camera bashfully.

“I definitely am not a good cutter, so don’t zoom in on me,” the pretty young thing said to whoever was behind the camera. “I’m not a professional whatsoever.”

That’s putting it mildly. Twitter was quick to jump on the hater train.

“Kendall Jenner trying to cut a fcking cucumber is the most tragic thing I’ve ever witnessed,” a fan who goes by the handle @SophieScribbles tweeted.

“Hilarious but cute,” another Twitter user replied, to which @Sophie Scribbles retorted, “Cute that a full grown woman can’t cut a cucumber because she’s so detached from reality?”

“You know she’s never cooked before,” another Twitter user pointed out.

“Cutting a cucumber is not even cooking,” someone else replied.

Still, others found the humor in the situation.

“I wish someone gave me the respect that Kendall gives that cucumber,” one Twitter user said.

Are you thinking what we’re thinking? Yeah, don’t let that girl near your eggplant.
