Woody Harrelson Responds to Viral Baby Look-Alike (And Admits He Envies This 1 Thing)

You should be so lucky if your baby resembles a celebrity, right? Unless that celebrity is, um, Woody Harrelson. In that case, maybe you’re praying your little one grows out of the unfortunate physical similarities as soon as possible.

But one mom is probably still pretty pleased with herself – and her baby’s looks – after a pic of her kiddo next to a photo of the award-winning actor went viral – and the famous look-alike himself responded to the comparison.

The mom’s name is Dani Grier Mulvenna and she’s from Northern Ireland. Last week, she posted a collage featuring her toothy daughter, Cora, next to an image of a chuckling Harrelson from the film Zombieland.

“Ok but how does our daughter look like Woody Harreslon [sic],” she tweeted.

The tweet quickly went viral, amassing over 518K likes at the time of this writing.

One of the people who liked it? (And not just in the social media way.) Woody Harrelson himself.

He responded to the tweet on his Instagram account. The actor even wrote the girl a little poem about their resemblance.

“Ode to Cora- / You’re an adorable child / Flattered to be compared / You have a wonderful smile / I just wish I had your hair,” he wrote.

Mulvenna shared the poem with the internet, humble-bragging, “It’s not every day Woody Harreslon [sic] writes your daughter a poem.”

She then followed up with a little disclaimer, too. “Cora says, thank you all so much for the likes and retweets and also that she doesn’t always look like Woody Harreslon, it’s just that when she does…she really really does.”

She really does. And like we said, let’s hope little Cora grows out of it. A Woody Harrelson baby look-alike? Kind of cute. A grown woman who looks like Harrelson? Um…a little less so.
