WTF?! Joss Stone Murder Plot Uncovered

A plot to rob and murder singer Joss Stone was uncovered yesterday, as the trial began at Exeter Crown Court.

Kevin Liverpool, 35, and Junior Bradshaw, 32, were reportedly plotting to rob and decapitate her due to her “royal connections”, but they were arrested in the town of Cullompton, near the singer’s home in Devon, before they could do so. They were allegedly found with a Samurai sword, rope and a body bag.

Stone’s connections with the royal family – she has performed at several royal charity gigs and attended William and Kate’s wedding – saw the pair brand her a “she-devil” in notes reportedly discovered by police, with other notes found including “Jocelyn RIP”, “find river to dump her” and “look for jewellery box”.

The two men, both from Manchester, were said to have been plotting to kill Stone before stealing from her estimated £9,000,000 forture. Prosecutor Simon Morgan told the jury at yesterday’s trial that “this case is about a decision by a group of individuals, of which these defendants are two, to rob and kill Joss Stone. They got a car, they collected their weapons of choice, and they made their way from Manchester to a short distance from Joss Stone’s house.”

“The documents appear to express disapproval of the Royal family and the Queen”, Morgan continued. “Joss Stone associates with members of the Royal family – her concerts have been attended by members of it and she was invited to the Royal wedding. The defendants didn’t like that and made remarks about the Queen. Hence she becomes a target. The documents express their hatred of her.”

The trial is expected to last for three weeks.
