Sony’s conference in Japan today culminated with the excellent ‘A Day With PlayStation’ trailer, which effectively highlights the key points they made about the connectivity between the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Vita TV.
The trailer shows a guy having difficulty with one of the randomly-generated dungeons in Capcom’s newly announced RPG Deep Down, before sharing an image of his struggles online via the PS4’s Share button. Another player sees that image via his phone, then swiftly joins him in battle via a few button presses on the console’s dashboard.
Another clip shows a student playing Knack on the PS4 before school, but taking her PlayStation Vita with her and continuing her game in the cafeteria via the Vita/PS4’s Remote Play feature. It also shows off the PS Vita TV, which will allow Vita owners to play their games on their TV, which kind of nullifies the point of having a portable console, but there you go.
