nDreams is Working on a PS4 Exclusive Title

Hampshire, UK based studio nDreams, Ltd. have announced that they’re working on a new game. It isn’t multiplatform, though. Similar to many other developers they’re enthralled by Sony’s next-gen console.

CEO Patrick O’Luanaigh shared in a public statement:

I’m delighted to be able to officially announce that we are working on a PlayStation 4 title, which will launch in 2014. More details will follow next year, but it’s the most ambitious game we have ever created, and we can’t wait to reveal more about it – it’s going to be something truly special.

The nDreams site currently lists a whole bunch of mobile games and even a couple Oculus Rift projects. Among those games is PlayStation Home, the studio’s most successful work. They not only produced the 3D social media space, but have maintained it since its release in 2008, adding many new items and activities through updates.

Sometime next year we’ll find out what nDreams has in-store for the PS4.
