Sasquatch will be another headlining stop on Outkast’s 40-festival tour this Summer, with the Atlanta hip-hop duo topping the bill of the first installment of this year’s two-part Sasquatch! Music Festival at Washington’s majestic Gorge Amphitheatre in May. Festival passes go on sale at 10am PST on Saturday.
UPDATE: Weekend Two has been cancelled.
Soundgarden wil headlne weekend two of the festival in July. Below is the full lineup for Memorial Day and Fourth of July weekends, announced at a launch party at Seattle’s Neptune Theatre Monday night. We’ve got some real goodness on our hands this time around, and though Weekend 1 looks to be the stronger bill, it’s going to be an unforgettable experience to see the fireworks on July 4th over the Gorge.
“There has never been a time in history with as much access to new music as we are experiencing right now,” Sasquatch! founder and coproducer Adam Zacks said in a statement. “We are excited to offer two unique weekends to explore over 200 of the best and brightest in this golden era of music discovery.”
