Guild Wars 2 will be discounted by 50% through April 13th, developer ArenaNet has announced.
The discount will be for both the “Digital Heroic” and “Digital Deluxe” editions of the game, and will be available in every region that the game is sold.
As Guild Wars 2 does not require a paid subscription, the discount will be for the purchasing of the game itself, which is still sold at retail.
Guild Wars 2 is also set for an update with an “April Features Pack”, which includes a new megaserver system that allows for more players to share the same map.
