Gareth Bale has been given a speeding ticket by Valencia police for his stunning goal against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final.
The ticket, which was jokingly issued by the Valencia police following Real’s in 2-1 victory, claims that the 24-year-old Welshman has been fined due to “reckless over-taking and crossing the continuous white line while exceeding the speed limit”.
The Spanish sports dailies have been branding the winger as “Usain Bale” and “Gareth Bolt” in their headlines, after Bale made an astonishingly swift surge for the goal after receiving a pass from the half-way line during the final of the annual Spanish cup competition.
