Quantum Break is coming to the Xbox One in 2015, with no new information regarding the game set to be released until Gamescom in August.
This news comes after developer Remedy Entertainment posted the above video, which details a rundown of the unique TV show elements of the upcoming game along with providing a few more snippets of gameplay footage.
The teaser trailer is presented by Remedy's Sam Lake, who says: "We are working hard to bring you an entertainment experience like no other. Quantum Break will be out in 2015. I’m very excited to tell you that we’ll be presenting Quantum Break’s time-amplified action gameplay for the first time ever in August at Gamescom."
While the game undoubtedly sounds interesting, what with its implementation of live-action scenes and cinematic approach, we won't be seeing much more of it until later this year, so it's perhaps best to curb our enthusiasm for it until then.
Nonetheless, it's certainly one of the most intriguing games on the radar of Xbox One owners. We hoped we'd be seeing more of it at E3, but we can wait until Gamescom to find out more about one of 2015's hottest new prospects.
