The cast and executive producers of Marvel’s upcoming “Daredevil” live action series on Netflix were absent from Comic-Con International last summer. But they’ll be out in force for New York Comic Con.
Via ComicBook.com, Marvel has announced that it will be putting on a “Daredevil” panel at New York Comic Con on Saturday October 11. “Daredevil” showrunner Steven S. DeKnight will be there with Charlie Cox and other cast members from the series. Presumably that includes Deborah Ann Woll and Vincent D’Onofrio. Marvel’s Head of Television Jeph Loeb will moderate the panel.
On Friday, October 10, Marvel is also running a panel for “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” that will be the world premiere screening of an upcoming episode from season 2. No cast members were announced for this panel, but it’s likely that at least one or two of them will be present. Loeb will also moderate a Marvel Animation panel on the same day.

In a statement, Loeb said “New York City is home to Marvel and some of the greatest fans in the world, so we ensured that Marvel Television brought its biggest panels ever to this NYCC! Not only will fans get to experience our incredible partnership with Netflix as we introduce the cast of Marvel’s Daredevil for the first time, but they’ll get to see the world premiere of a new Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode and their first look at the future of all their favorite super heroes courtesy of Marvel Animation.”
New York Comic Con will begin on Thursday, October 9.
