On last Sunday’s episode of The Walking Dead, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his group of survivors went from the hunted to the hunters. Because they’ve already had a dangerous encounter with Negan’s Saviors, Team Alexandria took no chances with their approach. They made a plan to catch the Saviors off guard…and they slaughtered them.
It became an actual fight about midway through, but for the most part, it was flat out murder. Even previously non-murderous Glenn (Steven Yeun) was putting knives through heads. And we got a good look at Negan’s collection of Kodak moments of bodies with their heads caved in. That’s what they call foreshadowing, folks!
Unfortunately for Glenn and everyone else, Negan either wasn’t home, or this wasn’t the real base. Some of the Saviors apparently found and captured Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Carol (Melissa McBride). Can we just say, who the f**k let Maggie come along?! Maggie’s being groomed for leadership and she’s pregnant! She’s too valuable to the group, and that’s she’s the last person you want to bring on a suicide mission like this!

AMC has released a preview scene from next week’s episode of The Walking Dead, that features Alicia Witt’s Polly and her remaining Saviors attempting to dictate terms with Rick and the other Alexandrians. With Maggie and Carol’s lives on the line, there’s a pretty good chance that their friends will fold. If not, somebody is very likely to not make it home alive…
