Hey, teachers like to have fun, too.

Everyone loves a good harmless prank. Whether it was the two dudes who asked their city council for a 12-foot Paul Walker statue, or whether it was this three-year-old who freaked out her mom, these pranks are hilarious because no one is being a dick to anyone. And we can add the spelling test prank below to the list.

Joey Dombrowski, a Michigan teacher, decided to get in on the April Fools Day prank fun a tad early. And how did he do that? By giving his fourth grade class a spelling test with absurd, made up words. And of course, his students bought it.

Check out the hilarious video below thanks to Dombrowski’s Facebook.

It’s pretty perfect hearing all his students disappointed every time they discovered they had misspelled a word. Kids are dumb, am I right, or am I right?

But anyway, it’s nice to be reminded that there are actually teachers out there that still enjoy teaching annoying kids their spelling words and their state capitols, and whatnot.
