Weird Trends: Tropicana Launches Toothpaste For People Dumb Enough to Drink OJ After Brushing Teeth

When we think of the flavor of toothpaste it’s usually peppermint, spearmint, baking soda, or some combination of mint and baking soda. As adults, mint is pretty much the only flavor associated with toothpaste. This brings forth one question: Why do major brands have to screw with a good thing?

Tropicana is (for some reason) launching a limited-edition, orange-flavored toothpaste. Obviously, this is not only good news for people who’d like fruity toothpaste options but also people who hate the taste of orange juice after brushing their teeth. Using orange toothpaste is a surefire way to make sure your breakfast drink doesn’t taste like battery acid.

We should remind you that it’s not April Fools’ Day, and this definitely isn’t a joke. Nobody who puts this in their mouth will likely smile again in the near future. This limited-edition toothpaste will be available beginning November 1 to coincide with National Brush Day. So, if you’re the kind of person who is tired of a good thing, well, here you go.
