This August, the best action series on television is coming back to Cinemax for another round of ten episodes.
“Strike Back” Season 3 will once again follow Michael Stonebridge (Philip Winchester) and Damian Scott (Sullivan Stapleton) as well as the rest of Section 20 as they chase down a new terrorist threat all over the world.
For those of you new to the show, Section 20 is a secretive British paramilitary unit led by Rachel Dalton (Rhona Mitra). Also returning this season as Section 20 members are Michelle Lukes and Liam Garrigan, alongside Robson Green (“Wire in the Blood”) as the newest addition to the team.
Cinemax has released a new trailer for the upcoming season, which features Scott and Stonebridge in serious trouble in South America. It also provides the first glimpse of Dougray Scott as a rogue operative named James Leatherby, who will probably be a major thorn in the side of Scott and Stonebridge.
