Vancouver Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 gets started next Monday, and a number of high-end luxury brands as well as newcomers will be represented on the show’s runways.
A diverse and innovative fashion experience that features both emerging and established designers, VFW is the fastest-growing fashion week in the world and the only industry event that actively seeks out to showcase international award-winning designers from over 30 global fashion capitals. This bi-annual six-day event is attended by over 20,000 guests, including industry professionals, buyers, media, and VIPs. Talent such as Evan Clayton, Fever London, No Label Society Club, and Noe Bernacelli will be represented amongst dozens more.
The opening evening there will be a gala event, followed by several days of fashion runway shows. On Wednesday emerging talent will be highlighted while established designers will be featured on Thursday and Friday.
Vancouver Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014 will take place at the Chinese Cultural Centre at 50 East Pender Street. It runs from September 16-21.
