Taking a look at Yahoo fantasy football stats, here are five players who are either being benched or started way too much in all leagues this week. After all, all extremism is bad.

Week 10 Start Or Sit
DeAndre Hopkins WR - Houston
START
Hopkins' season has only had a couple flashes of brilliance. But what can I say? I love me some Case Keenum. I also love the fact that the Texans go up against the Cardinals and their 24th ranked pass defense this week. I would feel comfortable starting Hopkins as a WR3 in all deep leagues.
Eddie Royal WR - San Diego
START
Royal will be going up against the third worst pass defense this weekend in the Denver Broncos. He also has 23 points over the last two weeks. Expect this game to be yet another Manning-esque shootout with Royal to be one of Philip Rivers' primary targets.
Jake Locker QB - Tennessee
START
Is Locker streaky? Yes. But he scored 26 points against San Francisco and has that many points or more in three of his last four starts. Now he has the apathetic and lethargic Jacksonville Jagaurs? Please. Dear God. Start him.
Peyton Hillis RB - New York Giants
START
There really isn't anyone left in the backfield, considering Andre Brown is still easing into action-- Hillis is now the must go-to guy for Tom Coughlin. NJ.com says Hillis is going to be the "primary option" this Sunday. He has 21 points over his last two games; as long as he doesn't fumble the ball he should be a solid flex option. Sometimes you just need the healthiest guy on the roster; right now that's Hillis .
Trent Richardson RB - Indianapolis
SIT
Maybe the Browns really were onto something when they traded the former first round pick. Here are Richardson's numbers for the season: 7, 7, 9, 12, 5, 5, 2, 5 -- most certainly not worth first round fantasy material, and now not even worth starting. Can you really trust a guy that's only averaged 4 points a week at the running back position?
It's not a good sign when offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton stated he wanted to get Richardson's season "kick started." The running back hasn't been getting an incredible amount of looks, something that is sure to change against the Rams' 28th ranked run defense. However, I'm still not starting him unless I'm absolutely desperate.
