In six months, Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) will return to TV in “24: Live Another Day,” a new 12 part miniseries that takes place four years after the “24” series finale. Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kim Raver and William Devane will also reprise their roles for the miniseries, but now there’s a new face joining the cast.
Oscar nominated actress Judy Davis has been signed to recur on “24: Live Another Day” as Margot, a British citizen who is the widow of an infamous terrorist. Beyond that, nothing is currently known about Davis’ character.
Davis is best known for her feature film roles in Heatwave, Life With Judy Garland, Naked Lunch, Husbands and Wives, Barton Fink, A Passage to India and Absolute Power. On television, Davis has appeared in “Masters of Science Fiction” (pictured above), “The Starter Wife,” “The Reagans” and “Diamonds.”
“24: Live Another Day” will take place in London and retain the series’ real time format while skipping over a few hours of the day. The first episode is expected to premiere on Fox in May 2014.
