He was once the Prince of Lies and the God of Mischief. Then he was the savior of Midgard. Then he was a kid. Now he’s a young adult whose loyalties are as big a mystery as his identity. He’s Loki, brother of Thor, son of Odin, son of Laufey, general untrustworthy cad who is trying to work his way out from under a reputation he’s earned for millennia.
Now, in his own series, he’s been given a special sword by The All-Mother and charged with defending Asgard from weird threats beyond the Thunder God’s purview. So far beyond, in fact, that one of his assignments involves running Thor through with that special sword. What exactly is he up to?
Check out this preview of Loki: Agent of Asgard #1, due out February 5, from writer Al Ewing and artist Lee Garbett, featuring covers from Jenny Frison, Frank Cho and Mike Del Mundo.
