Take that, Skylanders…
Practically since the game rolled out last August, it's been rumored that Disney's franchise-crossing open world game Disney Infinity would soon include Marvel and Star Wars characters.
Well, looks like we're at least halfway there…
In a new trailer released Tuesday on Crave gaming site Destructoid, Disney characters in the Infinity universe discover Captain America's trademark shield, indicating Steve Rogers — and likely, the rest of the Marvel Universe — are set to make their Infinity debuts.
As Destructoid points out, we're not exactly clear yet on what Disney Infinity 2.0 is, although smart money is on Xbox One or PS4 editions of the game rolling out soon.
