The issue of using unmanned drones in anti-terrorist military actions is ethically complicated enough without having to push the button yourself. That’s the set-up of Drones, the new thriller from director Rick Rosenthal (the original Halloween II) about a pair of soldiers who have to decide the best course of action in a drone strike mission that may be more than what it seems.
Drones stars Matt O’Leary (Frailty) and Eloise Mumford (50 Shades of Grey), and CraveOnline is exclusively announcing the film will premiere in theaters and on VOD on June 27, 2014, and debuting the film’s key art (below).
