Italian striker Mario Balotelli has mostly kept out of trouble since he left the Premier League and Manchester City behind, but a new post to his Instagram profile has certainly put him back in the headlines.
Balotelli uploaded an image of him pointing a shotgun at the camera to Instagram, before swiftly deleting the post. The image was posted alongside the caption “Kiss to all who hate me.” The image is likely to have been uploaded in Miami, where the AC Milan forward is currently vacationing after Italy’s exit from the World Cup.
The 23-year-old is reportedly in talks with Arsenal to make a move back to the Premier League, as the London squad are said to be outlining £180,000-a-week contract for him. Though this is all speculation, reports from Italy have suggested that the striker is looking to move away from his current club in the summer, though whether the next stage of his career will take place at the Emirates remains to be seen.
