Seems that someone feels Seth MarcFarlane’s Ted wasn’t exactly original. A new lawsuit puts forth the accusation that Seth stole the idea and that the material he drew from was entitled Charlie The Abusive Teddy Bear, who is described by the plaintiff as being a bear of simple pleasures.
