US comedian, author and talk show host Chelsea Handler is heading to Australia in November, touring her new live stand-up show “Uganda Be Kidding Me” and today has announced a second and final Sydney date to the headlining tour.
Chelsea Handler will now perform at the famed Sydney Opera House on Thursday November 20th, as well as the previously announced Sydney show on Friday November 21st at the State Theatre.
Best known as the outspoken host of her late night talk show “Chelsea Lately” where she holds her own as the only female in the male-heavy late night arena, Handler will bring her live stand up show to Australia hot off a 37-date tour of the US.
She was last in the country in 2011 to film several episodes of “Chelsea Lately”. This time round, Handler will be touring the live show in support of her fifth book “Uganda Be Kidding Me” and will be taking her show to audiences in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne.
