Bungie sure does know how to get cinematic with its Destiny trailers. In a video released today, Bungie is showing off the planet of Mars, one of many areas players will bring the game’s intergalactic battles when it’s finally released this September. There’s something about Mars that strikes me as inherently unsettling, but also beautiful, and this trailer really nails it. Chills, man.
Shown in the trailer are both Cobal and Vex, species of foes players will face when visiting the red planet. The former take on a humanoid shape, while the latter are essentially robot aliens that can pierce the space-time continuum. You know, just a cool little ability they have.
