The future is upon us.
DC Comics’ month long event, Futures End kicks off this week. And Batwing: Futures End # 1 is one of the inaugural titles kicking off the storyline as we get a glimpse of the dark tomorrow waiting for Luke Fox aka Batwing.
Five years from now, Luke has turned his back on his father and reformed Leviathan under his control. And in this exclusive preview from DC, we see that Luke is building his army and taking out his enemies.
Batwing: Futures End # 1 is the last Batwing story by the writing team of Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray, who are joined on this issue by artist Eduardo Pansica. The issue will hit comic book stores on Wednesday, September 2.
