“The Flash” is heading to The CW early next month, but DC is chronicling Barry Allen’s early days as a hero in the new digital first comic book series, The Flash Season Zero.
In the first chapter of The Flash Season Zero, Barry went up against a new villain called the Strongman… and let’s just say that Barry didn’t fare so well. For our exclusive preview of The Flash Season Zero Chapter # 2, Barry barely makes it back to S.T.A.R. Labs to get help with a nasty injury that won’t heal correctly.
Potential viewers of “The Flash” may note that Barry has his own support team, in the form of Dr. Harrison Wells, Dr. Caitlin Snow and Carlos Valdes.
“The Flash” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg provided the story for The Flash Season Zero, with a script by Brooke Eikmeier & Katherine Walczak and art by Phil Hester, Eric Gapstur and Kelsey Shannon.
The Flash Season Zero Chapter # 2 will be released on Monday, September 22 through the DC Comics App, comiXology, Google Play, Kindle Store, The Nook Store, iBooks and directly from DC itself at Readdcentertainment.com.
