Former Tennessee Titans Kicker Had BAC Nearly Three Times Legal Limit During Fatal Accident

The toxicology report from former Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas is in, and the results aren’t good. His Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was at .218 at the time of his fatal accident on September 20th of this year. At nearly three times the legal limit of .08, he was utterly and completely drunk in every sense of the word at the time of the incident. Witnesses stated that he attempted to run several people off the road before he ended up crashing. This is unfortunate news for the family, as they claimed this sort of thing (drunk driving) was not normally done by Rob, and that he had made a mistake that sadly ended his life at the age of 36.
