If you want to get the real story on all the upcoming DC superhero movies from Warner Bros., it helps own stock in the company.
Warner Bros. finally revealed their slate of comic book adaptations in a shareholders’ meeting this morning, and no, it doesn’t look like the list Deadline posted just prior to Comic-Con 2014.
All told, Warner Bros. is set to release at least 10 new superhero movies – including Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Shazam, The Flash, a Green Lantern reboot, Cyborg and two Justice League films – between 2016 and 2020.
What’s more, Warner Bros. also revealed the talent in front of and behind the screen for some of its newly announced DC superhero movies.

As rumored, David Ayer (Fury) will direct The Suicide Squad, and as expected, Zack Snyder (Man of Steel) will direct the already announced Justice League movie as well as the sequel, Justice League Part Two.
Jason Momoa (“Game of Thrones”) will star in Aquaman (also as rumored), newcomer Ray Fisher will star in Cyborg and Ezra Miller (We Need to Talk About Kevin) will star in The Flash. The character is also played by Grant Gustin in the new CW television series “The Flash.”
Also mentioned in the Warner Bros.’ shareholders meeting, but without specific release dates, are new Superman and Batman solo movies, both to be released in a similar time period.

Warner Bros. is late to the superhero movie party, but they appear to be making up for lost time with a jam-packed slate of superhero movies. But will they be able to demonstrate the consistent level of quality audiences have come to expect from their competition, Marvel Studios, who just announced they will be competing with the world-shattering Civil War crossover, pitting hero against hero while Warner Bros. is still introducing their characters to global audiences?
