Andrew Harrison has had a lot of explaining to do over the last 48 hours.
The Kentucky star — not to be mistaken with his twin brother teammate, Aaron — was just a little frustrated following the Final Four loss to Wisconsin Saturday night, ending his Wildcats’ streak of 38 games and an undefeated season.
One of the players responsible for Wisconsin’s thrilling victory — future NBA draft pick Frank Kaminsky.
The mumbled response heard ’round the world came from Harrison after a reporter asked a question to the Kentucky team regarding Kaminsky.

As you can imagine, it didn’t take long for Harrison to release an apology.
The 20-year-old of course never meant for the microphone to pick up his response. But it doesn’t change the fact the comments were egregiously inappropriate, to say the least.
It’s hard telling if Kentucky will take any action, especially considering Harrison will most likely opt for the NBA.
“We have no comment until we have had a chance to evaluate it,” Kentucky spokesman Eric Lindsey said.
Kaminsky issued a response as well, saying, “He reached out. We talked about it,” he told reporters at Wisconsin’s press conference. “Over it. Nothing needs to be made of it.”
