In the penultimate episode of The Flash’s first season, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) finally managed to defeat the Reverse Flash aka Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) with a little help from the Arrow (Stephen Amell) and Firestorm (Robbie Amell).
That was the easy part. The question now is “what comes next?”
The CW has released a minute long trailer for The Flash’s season finale in which Barry finally confronts Wells about the murder of Barry’s mother before deciding to travel to the past in an attempt to rewrite history.
Along the way, Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) is apparently getting married to Ronnie Raymond. But since only Professor Martin Stein (Victor Garber) is sticking around for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, things may not go well for Ronnie and Caitlin…

The second season of The Flash will premiere this fall on The CW.
