Coldplay is coming to Westros.
More specifically, Coldplay’s frontman, Chris Martin is putting together a Game of Thrones musical parody later this month for Red Nose Day, the annual U.K. charity event that is coming to America for the first time ever.
Joining Martin are Game of Thrones cast members Peter Dinklage, Kit Harington, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Emilia Clarke, Iwan Rheon, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Mark Addy, John Bradley, Rose Leslie, Alfie Allen and Charlotte Hope. A quick teaser of the musical can be seen below.
Two additional Game of Thrones musical videos have been posted. First up, Dinklage’s ballad to his character, Tyrion’s longevity.
And finally, Coster-Waldau’s Jaime Lannister sings an ode to his lost hand and the sister that he loves far too much. Why aren’t you there with him, Lena Headey?!
The Game of Thrones musical parody is just one of several live comedy skits musical performances, and videos that will debut during NBC’s three hour Red Nose Day special. Red Nose Day’s mission is to help children and young people escape poverty in the U.S. and around the world by raising funds for 12 different charity organizations.
Martin’s Coldplay is scheduled to appear on the Red Nose Day special alongside Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Julianne Moore, Jodie Foster, Reese Witherspoon, Neil Patrick Harris, Sienna Miller, Paul Rudd, Olivia Wilde, Eddie Redmayne, Benedict Cumberbatch, Sir Ian McKellen, Orlando Bloom, Leslie Mann, January Jones, Simon Cowell, Naomi Campbell, Anna Camp, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Yvette Nicole Brown, Retta, Natalie Morales, Danny Pudi, Rob Huebel, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Michelle Rodriguez, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sam Smith, John Legend, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Pharrell Williams, Matt Lauer, Carson Daly, Bill and Melinda Gates, Nick Offerman, Elizabeth Banks, Chris Pine, Jeff Goldblum, Billy Eichner, Martin Short, Laura Linney, Anna Kendrick, Sean “P.
