X Games Austin 2015: Skateboard Vert Interviews + Final Day Results

Put simply, X Games Austin lived up to the hype this year.

We saw tricks never seen before at the games. We saw a badass music lineup which included Metallica blowing up the National Anthem. We even saw legends redeem themselves yet again.

But what was the real atmosphere like leading up to competition. How did the top skateboarders in the world prepare?

The final day of competition Sunday also led to Bob Burnquist and Morgan Wade swiping a gold medal in the first ever Skateboard/BMX Big Air Double competition, Sheldon Creed winning his first X Games gold medal in Off-Road Truck Racing, Elliot Sloan taking gold in the the Skateboard Vert Best Trick jam and Nyjah Huston shutting out the field during the Monster Energy Men’s Skateboard Street.
