HJC Introduces ‘Star Wars’ Themed Motorcycle Helmets

HJC Helmets is specializing in blending pop culture with motorcycle helmets these days, and they’ve added Star Wars influenced head protection to their lineup. Including designs based on the headwear of Boba Fett, Kylo Ren and a Death Trooper, the helmets from a galaxy far, far away should arrive early next year.

The Kylo Ren and Boba Fett designs will both use HJC’s RPHA 11 helmets. The Death Trooper (from the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) will find himself the FG-17 fiberglass helmet.

This Star Wars announcement comes a few months after HJC brought out a series of Marvel-based helmets featuring the likes of Captain America and Spider-Man. That means HJC must be snuggling up to Disney licensing folks these days.

The helmet maker promises more Star Wars designs headed to riders’ in the months after the original roll-out of three. A Darth Vader and Stormtrooper look can’t be too far behind. Personally, I’m holding out for a furry Chewbacca model. It’ll look great whipping around in the wind.
