If there’s one thing everyone can agree on, it’s that food is awesome. Celebrate with your fellow food lovers at Vegas Uncork’d, a weekend-long festival April 27 to 30 featuring celebrity chefs like Wolfgang Puck, José Andrés, and Bobby Flay. Of the dozens of large-scale and intimate events at Vegas’ poshest venues, these are the ones you’ll definitely want to purchase tickets for–and do so soon, because many others have already sold out.

Chef José Andrés preps lobster paella over a fire pit in this dish-and-tell session, sharing stories behind Jaleo’s best dishes such as José’s Taco (a slice of jamón ibérico de bellota topped with Osetra caviar and gold flakes), Coca con Erizas del Mar (sea urchin atop a crusty Spanish pan de cristal with Ibérico bacon and butter), as well as its gin and tonic program.

The Hog in the Hen House: Yardbird Presents a Pot Belly Brunch

Bacon and pork belly enthusiasts, this event’s for you! Whether you like your pork products sandwiched between lettuce and tomato, bathed in maple glaze atop a doughnut, or infused in vodka mixed with a bloody mary, Yardbird will be dishing up both sweet and savory swine-inspired Southern dishes at the Pot Belly Brunch.

Sweet Escape: An Evening of Buddy, Beignets, Bon Bons, and Booze

Got a sweet tooth? Good. Buddy Valastro (a.k.a. “The Cake Boss”) is going to help you with that. He hosts the chefs of The Venetian and The Palazzo who will satisfy your cravings with their interpretations of beignets and bon bons on The Palazzo’s pool deck. A live band will provide tunes while you take in views of the Las Vegas strip and sip specialty cocktails.

If you’ve ever wondered how to up your Instagram food photo game, the social media gurus from Bon Appétit will show you with a #FoodPorn tutorial. Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of Border Grill and the Food Network’s long-running Too Hot Tamales show will provide plenty of capture-worthy material with their recipe demos.

Early Access: The Grand Tasting

The biggest event at Vegas Uncork’d is The Grand Tasting, an evening featuring signature dishes by more than 50 acclaimed chefs and over 100 wines and spirits from all over the world. Though 2,500 guests will converge on the five-acre Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, you can get an early access pass that will allow you to sample the eats before everyone else and interact with your favorite food personalities. See, be seen, and eat your heart out.
