Kim Kardashian now has the most-liked Instagram photo ever, after uploading an image from her and Kanye West’s wedding.
The image, which has almost 2 million ‘likes’ at the time of this writing, has beaten pop sod Justin Bieber’s record of 1.82 million, a figure he garnered on a photo of Selena Gomez glued to his face.
Interesting, we’re sure you’ll agree.
Back when Instagram was released it seemed to largely be a vehicle for people to take artistic photographs of their breakfast, and while there is certainly still a portion of society that use it for that sole reason, it’s now also a tool in which teenage celebrities with an incomprehensible amount of followers can get 1.82 million likes on a poorly-lit image of their girlfriend’s shiny face.
It almost makes us wish for more sepia-toned photos of salads.
