Though the upcoming iWatch is absent from the commercial, it does showcase existing hardware that can all be paired with the smartphone. This comes after Apple's WWDC 2014 conference, in which it announced iOS 8 and the new built-in HealthKit app, which can monitor users' heart rates.
While the iPhone 6 has still yet to be announced, the iOS 8 reveal and this new commercial is a good indicator of where Apple is headed in the future, and that future seems to largely revolve around fitness apps and gadgets.
