The Baked Potato Casserole recipe offers a quick, easy way to put warm comfort food in your gut, leaving enough time for you to get back to the couch and catch the rest of the game.

Ingredients:
- 4 Idaho potatoes, skinned and cubed
- 4 cooked chicken breasts. ( I use a whole Rotisserie chicken equal to 2 cups)
- 1 cup bacon, cooked a d crumbled
- 2 cups cheddar
- 4 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Preparation: Combine potatoes, bacon, chicken and cheese in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour cream and butter over all. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 55 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes. Top with green onion and serve.
