The Old-Fashioned is a classic cocktail that, for want of a better phrase, fits its name perfectly. It’s been around forever and is embraced across the country. It’s even the official State Cocktail of Wisconsin – a state that knows plenty about drinking.
Now, hold that thought as I admit to completely missing Mexican Independence Day on September 16. I’m sorry, but I’m not that up on my international holidays.
To make up for that oversight, we’re going to bring the Old-Fashioned back into play here and give it a Mexican spin via Partida Tequila.
