Living in an urban metropolis, we have an appreciation for conveniences. There’s a CVS in the bottom of your office building, eight burrito spots within a three-mile radius, four Chinese food restaurants and a Burger King for that hangover. You can get your ketchup-stained pants laundered at the dry cleaners in an hour, and the jog to your gym would be more effective if it weren’t 60 feet away from your apartment door.
But what also comes with city life is sporadic claustrophobia (100,000 people are coming into town for a music festival? Perfect.), the same (boring) 13 restaurants within a three mile radius, and germs. And what follows is a week spent hacking up body parts cuz you got the flu.
It’s time to get out of town. But first you’ll need some shit. Camping and looking good camping are not on the same playing level. First things first, be prepared for actual survival. Secondly, look good doing it. Here, we help you with both.
