Indian Motorcycles Dresses Up with Mark Wahlberg

Mark Wahlberg was a fan of Indian Motorcycles long before he appeared at last year’s Sturgis Rally as a special guest of the biker build. Now, he’s teamed up with the Minnesota-based company for a line of men’s apparel.

The Mark Wahlberg Collection is a made in America, limited edition line of casual biker t-shirts available at Indian Motorcycle dealerships and online. The designs are simple and straightforward, avoiding the modern motifs of endless skulls, barbed wire or tribal influences in favor of more traditional Indian influenced logos.

According to Indian, Wahlberg took part in the design process, making sure it represented his “personal style and passion for the Americana heritage of the iconic Indian Motorcycle® brand.”

The overall styling philosophy — whether it came from Wahlberg or Indian’s designers or some mix of said same — fits with both Indian’s styling language and Wahlberg’s trademark, Boston working class image. Starting out, the line is all t-shirts with classic imagery that could be worn on long rides or at social events where bikers gather to read poetry and sing hymns.

According to Indian, pricing for each item in the current 10 piece collection starts at $34.99 to $44.99, with sizes ranging from Men’s sizes S-3XL and Women’s S-XL.
