Marc Jacobs and Kolor directed their attention to more military-inspired looks with hues of greens and browns. Their coats appeared worn and wrinkled, which gave them a warm, rugged feel.

Creating a hybrid between utility and sportswear was E. Tautz with its windbreaker featuring two large front pockets. This is great for both enduring the weather and carrying your subway pass.

Apart the classic design, Lou Dalton and Ermenegildo Zegna created a trench version of the jacket. Dalton used a deep navy nylon fabric while Zegna utilized a neutral plaid pattern.

Playing off the trench with sleeveless versions was Diesel Black Gold and Rick Owens. Both designers used a dark color palate and included a plethora of ostensibly useful pockets.
