Brothers Ariel and Shimon stayed true to their New York heritage with their Spring Summer 2016 collection for Ovadia & Sons, which featured a hybrid of luxury and sportswear. By using monochromatic colors, the details and designs were able to speak for themselves.

The opening look set the tone for the show with a nearly floor-length trench paired with a slightly elongated knit sweater and tailored trousers. Soon followed was a crushed velvet suit, a color blocked utility bomber, abstract camouflage patterns, and shirts with matching appliques.

Breaking up the collection was the use of a vibrant red, featured first on a striped tee, transitioning into a killer parka, and then into a pair of slip-on sneakers. Ovadia and Sons utilized glen plaid and florals within their clothes, both patterns that were trending in last months London, Milan, and Paris men’s fashion shows. Both patterns were seen in trench coats, suits, bomber jackets, trousers, sweaters, and shirts.
