During the “Endgame” storyline, the original Batman “died,” but Bruce Wayne has resurfaced without any memory of his Dark Knight alterego. Gordon stepped into the role of a new, officially sanctioned Batman to help fill the void. But a new Batman inevitably means new villains. And Mr. Bloom has proven to be the deadliest threat yet for Gordon’s Batman!

In the aftermath of this incident, “Gordon might have to reevaluate what it means to wear the cowl,” according to the solicitation copy for this issue. But Mr. Bloom is still out there, and without a Batman to protect it, Gotham City may be doomed!
