It was going to happen eventually. The Slow Mo Guys, the hugely popular YouTubers who make a living out of recording themselves doing things in slow motion, have now seemingly run out of stuff to record with their high-speed camera and are thus resorting to hurting one another. That we enjoy watching it way more than them throwing water balloons at one another probably makes us bad people, but it’s incredibly difficult to not be entertained when you’re watching a guy stick his tongue in a mouse trap.
Yes, The Slow Mo Guys’ latest video features one of them tonguing a mouse trap until it snaps back, and it looks painful. Like, super painful. So painful that it’s nigh-on impossible to watch it without cringing so much you nearly crack a rib.
Luckily, no lasting damage was done to The Slow Mo Guy brave enough to put his tongue on the line, but we can imagine he won’t be able to have any hot drinks for a while, and French kissing would almost certainly be off limits for the foreseeable future.
