The Samsung Galaxy S7 is set to go on sale on March 11th, according to a new report.
The report, posted by TechRadar, quotes a “trusted retail source” who said: “The Galaxy S7 is officially being announced on Sunday and pre-orders will go live on the website probably by 8 pm GMT, 9 pm CET that evening.
“The actual on-sale date is going to be March 11, so those who pre-order should get their phones that day or maybe the day after.”
The Samsung Galaxy S7, the South Korean electronics giant’s next flagship smartphone, is set to be unveiled during the company’s Samsung Unpacked event during MWC 2016, which begins at 7 pm CET on February 21st. The event will take place in Barcelona, Spain.
While Samsung will likely confirm the Galaxy S7’s launch date on Sunday, March 11th seems to be a likely assumption, though TechRadar’s source hasn’t been verified. Still, it won’t be long until we get a look at the Samsung Galaxy S7 for ourselves and find out when we’ll be able to get our hands on the new smartphone.
