If you’re someone who’s partial to an adventure but is also understandably conscious about your hygiene during said adventure, the Rinse Kit personal shower looks to have you covered by way of offering hot, pressurized water anywhere at any time.
Essentially the ultimate companion for festivals, trips to the beach, camping or other activities in which you may find yourself craving a shower mid-way through, the Rinse Kit works by storing water from your home before compressing the air from the water pressure that enters its chamber from your hose spigot. After its valve is closed, the pressure that is trapped inside the Rinse Kit acts as a spring to force the water through, out of the contraption’s hose, and out of its bundled nozzle.
A heater accessory is also capable of heating the water inside the Rinse Kit up to 100 degrees, with its rechargeable battery able to be charged either by your car or at home. The insulated tank effectively holds the heat inside the Rinse Kit’s chamber for hours, meaning that you needn’t worry too much about the water inside it going cold.
The Rinse Kit has other applications, too. With the device being BPA-free, it’s completely safe to drink from and its durable design means that it is also incapable of rusting or corrosion.
For dog owners, it’s even more useful, given that it can safely clean your pooch after they’ve muddied themselves in the park.
The Rinse Kit comes bundled with a 6-foot hose, a 17″ wide chamber, and a hose bib adapter. While the cheaper Early Bird bundles of the Rinse Kit are all sold out, you can still pre-order the device from Kickstarter by pledging $99 or more. The estimated delivery of the product is June 2016, with it having achieved just over $100,000 since the project’s launch, already beating its $30,000 goal.
