It’s a term us bloggers have grown to be all too familiar with — “only in Russia.”

Yet another one of those a-typical moments is going viral after a small passenger plane in the country attempted to use a rural, busy road as a runway.

The result is about what one would expect.

The clip comes from the Russian city of Kemerovo.

If you watch closely, you can see the plane just gets a few inches off the ground before plowing into the back of the car, which stopped to let a pedestrian cross a cross-walk.

The Investigative Committee of Russia said the pilot of the plane was injured and hospitalized. The driver of the car was lucky to escape without a scratch.

According to local media reports, this plane was spraying fields against locusts in the settlement of Chervlenaya, Chechen Republic, Russia, the night before the accident.

And just to prove our point, here is just a small handful of recent ludicrous stories coming out of Russland.
