Time to decide which guy among your group of friends you all want to gang up on and beat to a bloody pulp. You’ll need to have it figured out by October.
October 21st, to be more precise. That’s the street date for 2K Games’ much-anticipated four-on-one sci-fi battle royale Evolve, the publisher announced Friday.
Evolve takes a four-man combat team on a hunt through an alien world in search of a giant monster that needs to be put down at all costs. But the monster is also player-controlled — and even though he’s outnumbered 4-to-1, he’s pretty crafty…and getting progressively stronger.
PC, PS4 and Xbox One owners can pre-order the game now and get a special Monster Expansion Pack, which includes a Savage Goliath skin for your monster — as well as the promise of a super-secret special monster character at some point in the future.
You can check out our own hands-on Evolve preview from last month’s PAX East…or you can just keep yourself in suspense until Oct. 21.
