And yet, Jeff Dabe, who fits that demographic, has amassed an impressive following on social media for one small reason: his huge arms.

Dabe lives in Stacy, Minnesota, and boasts a 20-inch forearm circumference. He has gone viral on TikTok for the most quotidian of tasks, from drilling a fence to sharpening tools. The man once known in high school as Popeye is an award-winning arm wrestler, and it shows. Just check out these guns.

“I’ll keep going as long as I’m able,” Dabe told Fox 9 News after winning a world title earlier this year. “If I can’t keep up with the young guys, I’ll just go pull with the old guys. Or still pull with the young guys and get beat up, but it’s still enjoyable.”
This is one dude we’d never challenge to an arm-wrestling competition (or a TikTok popularity contest). The ones who have are brave souls indeed (or are just idiots).
